Care

After the procedure you can experience cold sore, swelling, redness & tenderness and itching.
Do not rub, wipe or scratch the treated area (this is especially important during the healing process when the area scabs over as it may cause pigment loss, scarring and delayed healing)
Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours as this increases circulation and may prolong bruising or swelling.
Do not have facials, facial waxing, chemical peels or laser treatment for 10-14 days after treatment.
Do not expose the area to direct sunlight, tanning beds, jacuzzis, saunas, salt water, chlorinated pools and direct shower spray.
Do not apply any cosmetics over the area.
Keep the area clean and covered with vaseline during the healing process.
Avoid taking blood thinning medicines such as asprin/disprin/paracetamol.
Avoid touching the area for 24 hours after treatment, use a cotton bud to apply the vaseline.
People who suffer from cold sores may experience an outbreak after the procedure.
